1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES. For all purchases, returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of the delivery or pick up date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com, or call (832) 420-5150 to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item's order number or detailed description of the item purchased, and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange. For online orders please note you will be liable for processing fees charged for credit card payments. You will receive your refund minus any processing fees.
2. ELIGABLE ITEMS. The following items: Open but barely used bags, and bulk sales barely used. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet criteria set forth within this policy. There will be a fee of all bulk sales return or exchange. The delivery fee will apply to any returns or exchanges. This can range from $25 - $150 depending on the size of the order.
3. INELIGABLE ITEMS. The following items: Clearance or Final Sale items, Special -Order items, Custom Products (cuts), and bundles are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. FORM OF PAYMENT. Refund, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus processing fee for online credit card orders, and minus delivery fee for all orders delivered unless otherwise stated.
